What will a coaching session look like:
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes. We open with prayer and end with prayer.
Typically there will be some reading of Scripture at some point in the session as the Spirit prompts.
You can bring to session what you would like coaching on, and any questions that you need clarification on.
Depending on what we have discussed in session I may give you some homework/action items, or additional resources to watch/read that will support you in your growth and healing.

Single Session - $250 USD
*this is an introductory single session with me only for those who have not worked with me before. If you would like to continue into the 5 session package, after your single session, you can apply what you paid toward the single session to the 5 session package.

A Holistic Approach to Gospel-Centered Healing & Living
My work is a holistic mix of Theology, Deep Bible Study, practical support for life & healing, apologetics, and simply preaching the powerful Gospel which has power to save, heal and perfect God’s people.
The holistic approach I take means that I do not believe theology, and Scripture need to be compartmentalized and separated from the practical concerns of life - even the most complex of issues. Because life is not compartmentalized!
The Gospel speaks to every single issue of life including the issues that popular culture is fascinated by today (trauma, attachment, shame, self-sabotage, family dysfunction, business success and so much more).
The Christian life is a life that is fueled by the living, breathing undercurrent of the beautiful Gospel of Jesus Christ as revealed in the Word.
Through the Spirit of Life, we gain deep wisdom from the Word of God for living - and this wisdom moves into every single area of our lives and gives us the power to be more and more like Jesus.
As this happens the health of holiness spreads out into our lives and enlightens our Spirit.
The more we walk out the journey of abiding in Jesus, the more we experience deep inner healing, peace, and health.
I believe the deepest healing is healing that comes when we give our hearts to Jesus!
In coaching I am here to support you as you do that by giving you practical insights as well as Biblical principles and a space to be honest with yourself and God, and to feel the things we sometimes want to run away from and hide.

My Coaching Experience
I started my coaching business in 2018 with a sole focus on childhood trauma and complex PTSD. This was based on my own study of Adverse Childhood Experiences, Dr. Bruce Perry, Dr Allan Schore, and others as well as and my personal experiences of healing and recovery. As the years went on, I built a business that included one-on-one coaching and group programs.

Before my salvation, In 2021 I started The School of Embodied Healing Systems, a certification program for coaches, therapists and others in the personal development and healing space. This was a ten month certification program that certified a total of 11 coaches between 2022 and 2023.
