The Past is Over. 

What we are carrying with us from the past are memories, sensations, and emotions that are impacting us here in the present.

These memories, sensations, and emotions from the past can cloud our view of ourselves, our capabilities, and how we see the world. 

When we don't take the time to integrate and release the past from our system, we can end up re-creating the negative parts of our past that we don't want. We unknowingly and unconsciously bring the parts of our past that we don't want into our present.

Ultimately, this compromises our ability to create a new future and keeps us stuck in cycles of suffering.

I created this meditation to help you release the past.

This meditation will help you remember that the present is a blank canvas for you to create and that the past is truly over.
